i was happy my room was ready early. the room was quiet. there were power sockets near the bed. the location was perfect, close to local spots (i liked this).

I found the old-fashioned key system a bit tricky at first. It took me a moment to get used to it.

Central and Clean Accommodation

warm towels clean en suite quiet location

Fahd greeted me warmly and made the check-in process swift. The room featured warm towels and a perfectly clean en suite, which I appreciated. The central location offered a quiet environment, a nice surprise. the experience exceeded my expectations.

The absence of a lift made carrying heavy luggage a bit difficult. I did have to lug my bags up several flights of stairs. It was not the end of the world, but I wish I had known this in advance.

Many restaurants are steps away, so dining out was easy. I noticed several cafes and pubs within a short walk. I was able to find different cuisines without problems. The variety catered to diverse tastes.

The hotel is very central, close to the main attractions. Canterbury East station is easily accessible by foot. The walk was simple. The Cathedral is within easy walking distance as well. That's convenient.

great location easy access clean room absent heating faulty thermostat ineffective fan

The location was great. I could quickly walk to most places of interest. The room was clean and it was easy to find everything I needed..

I found no available heating . The radiator valve was open, but the thermostat seemed to prevent any heat. An extra fan heater was present, but it did not work well.

The location was FANTASTIC. It was easy to access and close to everything. The host was wonderful! He answered any queries PROMPTLY.

The room was very dated. It could probably do with a little TLC to smarten it up a little. Outdated decor is one thing though not fixing obvious things is not good.

The location is very central. The room and building are both clean. I received a quick response when I arrived to collect the key. A hairdryer and a kettle with tea and coffee were also available. It was very convenient for me. The room was also a great size.

There was no lift, so I struggled to lift heavy luggage.
